The body cavity is simply a hollow tube. Our bodies are more like a hollow tube than a stick.
腔は３つあり
口腔
胸腔
腹腔
この３つの腔を整えていきます。
There are three parts to our body cavity:
oral cavity,
chest cavity,
abdominal cavity.

潰れて狭くなってしまった口腔を内側から広げることによって顔が綺麗な筒状になり結果、小顔になるんです。
